Synopsis:
Story ● When fighting a Phantom, Haruto Soma, Kamen Rider Wizard, and his assistant Koyomi are attacked by the golden wizard Kamen Rider Sorcerer, who kidnaps Koyomi and produces a strange rainbow-colored whirlwind. The next day, everyone seems to have magical powers, with Kamen Rider Sorcerer’s Create Wizard Ring having transformed the world into Magic Land (魔法使いの国 Mahōtsukai no Kuni?), with everyone, ranging from Haruto’s allies Rinko Daimon, Shunpei Nara, and Shigeru Wajima, to the Doughnut Shop Hungry’s owner and worker being able to transform into Kamen Rider Mage. Haruto, Koyomi, and Kosuke Nito, Kamen Rider Beast, travel together to the Emerald Palace to attempt to defeat Minister Auma, Kamen Rider Sorcerer, to turn everyone back to normal, particularly after their new friend Shiina reveals that his mother was killed during the strange whirlwind. But Haruto wonders if this is what he truly has to do now.
